At the front end of the line, the film-casting unit delivers a uniform coating with tight thickness control. The system maintains an accuracy of ±2 μm, ensuring each film layer meets the required specifications for dissolution, dosage uniformity, and product appearance. This level of precision is essential for manufacturers producing ODF products at scale, where consistency directly affects both quality and regulatory compliance.
Drying performance is equally stable. Multiple temperature zones work together to deliver controlled, even drying without causing bubbles, deformation, or sticking issues. By keeping the film structure intact and maintaining moisture uniformity, the drying system helps secure downstream cutting and packaging accuracy.
Once the film reaches the converting and packaging section, the line continues to deliver high efficiency. With a theoretical speed of up to 1200 packs per minute, the packaging system supports high-volume production and provides the flexibility needed for different pouch sizes, product formats, and batch requirements.
