Aligned Machinery recently welcomed back a returning customer from the United States for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a new Oral Dissolving Film (ODF) packaging machine. The customer has worked with Aligned Machinery on multiple ODF equipment projects over the years — a relationship that reflects the trust built through consistent delivery and close technical cooperation.
On-Site Inspection and Machine Testing
Over the course of the FAT, the customer worked alongside our technical team to go through the machine in detail — examining key components, observing operating performance, and reviewing the equipment against the agreed project specifications. Any points requiring clarification or further attention were discussed directly on the floor, allowing both sides to address them efficiently and with full context.
For any manufacturer taking delivery of new equipment, seeing the machine run in person before shipment is a meaningful step. It gives the customer a clear picture of what they are receiving and creates a shared understanding of where things stand — including any remaining items to be finalised before the next stage of the project. In this case, the FAT was largely completed, with a small number of follow-up items to be resolved prior to shipment.
