Work Process
Packaging Film Feeding System:
Consists of an external double-sided film dispensing mechanism and upper and lower packaging film deflection transfer mechanism.
All film roll supply is servo-controlled, ensuring automatic supply according to production needs.
The double-faced plate mechanism features a cursor alignment function for precise heat sealing position correspondence between upper and lower packaging materials.
Side adjustment mechanism allows fine-tuning of front and rear positions.
Orally Disintegrating Film Tablet
Orally Disintegrating Film Tablet Processing System:
Comprises material unwinding station, material cutting station, and material peeling mechanism.
Orally disintegrating film is unrolled under servo control with a buffer swing bar ensuring stable supply speed and buffer space.
Cutting station cuts material film to required width and removes waste edge structure.
Strip peeling mechanism adopts layout, pre-cutting, and peeling design, cutting material film into specified length film pieces, peeled off from bottom film, and accurately placed on packaging film for subsequent processes.
Features
1.Suitable for slitting and packaging various food and pharmaceutical films. Material rolls are fed using a double-side registration device, with tension controlled by a magnetic powder brake and consistent unwinding ensured via roll-diameter monitoring and photoelectric speed control.
2.The machine features a main frame with detachable modules. Each module can be independently installed or removed, allowing customization of specific functions or stations.
3.All production operations and parameter adjustments are controlled via a PLC touch panel. All process steps and parameters are clearly displayed for easy monitoring.
4.The main motor uses variable frequency drive, allowing cutting stroke and frequency to be set according to product size. Both material and packaging films are servo-driven for smooth, synchronized operation.
5.The machine is equipped with production safety alarms. It stops immediately if the film material runs out or breaks.
6.All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, meeting GMP standards. Electrical components, wiring, and operation systems comply with UL safety standards.
